icotek Cable Entry Systems
The icotek KEL cable entry system includes a split cable gland plate (also known as a cable entry frame) and several split cable grommets. The split grommet wraps around the cable and is then inserts into the frame holding the cable in place. The high compression pressure ensures strain relief according to EN 62444 and certified sealing rates up to NEMA 4X / IP65.
The grommet based KEL system has a variety of models, so you can find your perfect solution.
Choices include:
- The KEL-ER is designed for extreme conditions and provides a high degree of ingress protection.
- The KEL-E system is designed for limited spaces.
- With KEL extensions you can route a very large number of lines and expect the highest quality.
- With the KEL-JUMBO series, you can accommodate cables up to 75 mm in diameter.
- KEL-BES cable entry brush plates are specially designed to feed cables into server racks/enclosures and is perfect for installations in raised floor situations.
The icotek cable entry systems conform with important approvals and standards like flame class UL94-V0, IP rated protection, UL, NEMA, German Lloyd, ECOLAB detergent resistance or the European railway standard EN 45545-2 for fire safety and are therefore suitable for various industries.
