Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage content calendar


Content Writing

  • Write technical long-form blogs relevant to the manufacturing industry.
  • Write brand comparison articles for industrial components sold on web store.

SEO

  • Ensure all content is created and posted using SEO best practices and keyword research.

Email Marketing

  • Create and schedule email campaigns that follow email marketing best practices.
  • A/B test to optimize for open rates and click rates.

Social Media Management

  • Keep all social media accounts updated with current promotions, new product announcements, office events, etc.
  • Use HootSuite to manage posts
  • Reply to all social media inquiries and forward to appropriate department.

Product Photography

  • Use DSLR camera to photograph products, automation equipment, machined components, etc.
  • Make any necessary photo edits in Adobe Photoshop.

Videography

  • Take video of new automation equipment.
  • Edit video using Adobe Premier.
  • Upload to Youtube following video SEO best practices.

Graphic Design

  • Design media content to support marketing efforts on website, newsletter, blog, social media, etc.
  • Assist marketing director with designing various marketing collateral.

Ecommerce

  • Generate spreadsheets for bulk product upload onto webstore
  • Write descriptions for product collections

Employee Appreciation

  • Help coordinate and plan employee appreciation events and awards


Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in marketing related position, ecommerce experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or communications
  • Superior writing skills - writing samples required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - design samples required
  • An understanding of digital content, video marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and marketing trends
  • Must be a creative thinker and a fast learner
  • Skilled at solving problems pro-actively
  • Excellent attention to detail

Industrial Equipment Controls Designer/Programmer

Trimantec, a Winston-Salem based manufacturing solutions provider, is looking for an experienced Industrial Equipment Control System Designer / Programmer for our Engineered Solutions division. Qualified candidates will have a degree (B.S. or A.A.S.) and 3+ years of industrial control system design experience.  Expertise in Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming, application of sensor technologies, motor and motion control technologies is a must. Trimantec is an Authorized System Integrator for Fanuc robots so experience with deploying Fanuc robots, while not required, will weigh heavily in the choice of the right candidate for the position.

The duties and responsibilities in this position are:

  • Work with management to facilitate development of proposals for new automation projects.
  • Interface with customers to determine elements necessary for a successful control system implementation
  • Develop hardware BOM for Purchasing to facilitate acquisition of parts.
  • Perform all aspects of control system hardware and software design and delivery to facilitate successful implementation of all the customer’s functional requirements for the system.
  • Generate full documentation of control system architecture and software code.
  • Test, debug, and facilitate installation; offer support and training to the customer for custom designed equipment.

Must be a high energy, friendly, confident individual who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and interfacing with people from all levels of the corporate hierarchy.  Candidate must also be a self-motivated and directed employee able to carry out industrial control system design and build process from start to finish with little or no direct supervision.

Floor Supervisor

Trimantec, a manufacturing solutions provider, is searching for an experienced, bilingual Floor Supervisor to join our custom cable and harness team! This role will interact directly with our buyers, sales personnel, and technicians to ensure the highest levels of customer service and product quality.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage team of 6-10 technicians for the Electromechanical Manufacturing Group (EMG), including hiring, training, and evaluation
• Evaluate RFQs and provide accurate and efficient labor estimates
• Oversee QC of EMG product to ensure high level of product quality and ISO 9001 compliance
• Schedule manufacturing jobs efficiently in accordance with Trimantec SOPs
• Ensure staff and self are up to date on industry standard techniques, procedures, and knowledge
• Complete all necessary documentation, including but not limited to certificates of compliance, Conflict Mineral reports, and other essential articles as needed
• Scheduling and timekeeping for technicians, including approval of vacations

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience as a production supervisor in cable & harness manufacturing
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and Quickbooks or similar accounting/ERP systems
• Ability to multi-task
• Leadership mentality with the ability to train and interact with a variety of personality types
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with employees and customers
• Above average attention to detail
• Willingness to take ownership in the position and strive to improve daily

Set-up and operate a variety of machines to make precision parts, using applicable drawings and CAD models.

Responsibilities:
•Milling/Turning parts as required for automation equipment and/or contract production in a fast-paced environment accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements.
•Deburr, sand, polish, etc. finished parts.
•Perform preventive maintenance on machines on a regular basis.
•Maintain work area in an organized, clutter free manner.
•All Applicable work to be performed within Documented QMS.
•Other Duties as Assigned

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
•Basic Math Skills
•Basic Reading/Writing Skills
•Associates Degree

Minimum Previous Experience:
•Three (3) Years
•Manual milling and turning.
•Able to hold tolerances down to .0005”
•Able to read and use calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.
•Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
