Technician I

We are seeking a qualified full-time technician to join our cable and harness team in the EMG group. This position requires excellent attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a team-oriented personality. Your primary responsibility will be cutting and stripping wires, operating a terminal press, assembly of various wire/cable assemblies, reading of electrical schematics/drawings, and soldering. This position will work a 40 hour week with the possibility for required overtime as needed.

Minimum requirements:

- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience in wire and harness crimping, harness assembly preferred

- Ability to read drawings and schematics
- Able to lift up to 20lb as needed

CNC Machinist

We are seeking a qualified CNC Machinist to join the team at Trimantec. Your primary responsibilities will be to set-up and operate a variety of machines to make precision parts, using applicable drawings and CAD models. This position will work a 40 hour week with the possibility for required overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

              Milling/Turning parts as required for automation equipment and/or contract production in a fast-paced environment accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements. 

              Deburr, sand, polish, etc. finished parts.

              Perform preventive maintenance on machines on a regular basis.

              Maintain work area in an organized, clutter free manner.

              All Applicable work to be performed within Documented QMS.

Minimum Requirements:

-Basic Math Skills

-Basic Reading/Writing Skills

-Associates Degree

Minimum Previous Experience:

              Three (3) Years

o             Ability to Read prints, GD&T symbols, weld symbols, etc.

o             Ability to setup, troubleshoot/edit programs and run Haas and Doosan CNC mills and lathes. 

o             Mastercam knowledge a plus.

o             Able to hold tolerances down to .0005”.

o             Able to read and use calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.

o             Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

 Additional Training:

              Basic Knowledge of Machining

              Basic Knowledge of Welding

              Basic Knowledge of Electrical

              Mills - Haas VF4, VF2SS, TMI, Prototrak FHM5 (CNC Mill)

              Lathe – ST25, Doosan Lynx 220 LSY

Other Skills:

              Knowledge of Safe/Good Manufacturing Practices

              Ability to Lift 50 pounds

              Must be dependable and able to work well with others.
