Trimantec Celebrates 20 Years of Success in Manufacturing
Recognizing achievements since 2000
Winston-Salem, NC., October 26, 2020 -Triad Automation Group (TAG), now known as Trimantec, celebrates 20 years of business in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In 2000, business partners Joe Collins and Jon Freeman formed TAG as a custom automation firm. Since its inception, Trimantec has transformed from a small automation group to a recognized manufacturing solutions provider.
Collins and Freeman began their business in a small 1,500 sq ft garage with 4 employees, including themselves. After acquiring West Point Technical Sales, a cable and harness assembly manufacturer, TAG soon grew out of their small office space and relocated to a larger manufacturing site. With new expansions came new changes. Trimantec expanded its services into new territories and in 2014, the team rebranded TAG to Trimantec. The company now houses over 40 employees and offers services in industrial parts sales, electromechanical manufacturing, machining and fabrication, and custom automation to clients nationally and internationally.
Company President Joe Collins says, “To grow the business over the last 20 years has required our company to look for new ways to have a positive impact on our customer’s bottom line. We have always been relationship driven and work hard to solve customer’s problems so that we are the first company they think to call. We are constantly adding new capabilities to our core competencies in order to grow our business with existing customers and to add new customers.”
Over the past 20 years, Trimantec has earned numerous certifications: ISO 9001:2015 QMS (Quality Service Management) certification, IPC J-STD-001, IPC WHMA-A-620, and just recently became an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Furthermore, Trimantec is a proud member of the FANUC America network and seeks to meet the needs of various manufacturing industries as an authorized FANUC robot integrator. Trimantec dedicates their achievements and milestones to the progression and passion of their team that exists throughout the entire organization.
Trimantec continues to provide innovative engineering solutions by incorporating the latest technologies, such as 3D printing and laser cutting, into their manufacturing services. The expertise of each department has made it possible for clients to receive the best products and services available.
